Exchange, Replacement & Returns
Returns accepted for Dead On Arrival, Damaged cases & Manufacturing Defect Cases Only.
The Buyer needs to share an unboxing video to support their claim.
The Reseller shall update the App with required Images and share the video with the company to arrange for a replacement with 48 hrs from the date of delivery.
The company shall verify if the claim is eligible for a replacement. If found eligible then a replacement request shall be cleared and reverse pickup shall be arranged by the company.
The Reseller/buyer needs to provide the entire product (including accessories) and the parcel bag to claim the replacement.
On receipt of the product, the supplier shall cross verify the content of the parcel with the order placed and if found eligible shall send the replacement.
In case if the Ordered product is Out of stock a refund shall be issued.
Product once ordered can not be exchanged for another size, colour, material, fabric or of any other nature. Exhchange shall be given for manufacturing defects only. Exchange Available at a nominal extra charge.
1.The Buyer can cancel your order until it is marked as ‘Ready To Dispatch’. Order for products once shipped shall not be entitled for cancelation.
2.The Buyer can make a refund request only if,
(a) Product is dead on arrival, defective or your product is wrongly delivered.
(b) Your order for the product is cancelled (only before the shipment)
(c) Your order amount will be refunded after the cancellation request is processed by the company.
3. In the rarest of rare events if you still have any issues with the products you have received, we would be very keen to understand your feedback and look at appropriate action. Do share your feedback at email@example.com
1. All policy changes will be at the descrition of the company. Without any notice to the Reseller. It is upto the reseller to keep themselves updated regarding all policies.
2. Cancellation Charges will apply to Resellers for COD Return ,RTO cases from defaulting buyers of Resellers.
3. We accept exchange and returns only if the product delivered is Dead On Arrival, is Damaged, or is proved to have manufacturing defect. The Buyer needs to share an unboxing video to support their claim.
